During Ramadan, it is customary to make pakodas of besan, potatoes, and different vegetables, but if you want something special, you can make "Noodles pakodas" which are not only special and unique taste and also delicious. 


Today we will tell you the recipe for making unique "Noodles Pakodas" for the Iftar table. First, we tell you the ingredients you need.


Ingredients:

A packet of noodles


Two boneless pieces of chicken


Two to three tablespoons of water


Two tablespoons of cornflour


Two finely chopped green chilies


One potato, finely chopped


Crushed black pepper half a tablespoon


Salt to taste


                          Composition:

To make the noodles pakoras, first, take water in a pot and keep it on high heat for a minute, when the water boils, add the noodles and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. After that, strain them and let them cool

First, chop all the vegetables finely and cut the chicken into small pieces. Add all these things, black pepper, noodle seasoning, and salt to the boiled noodles. Now mix all the ingredients well with your hands.



After that, heat oil in a frying pan and make small balls of noodles, and fry them well for 3 to 4 minutes. Take away the delicious noodles patties are ready.


Serve with ketchup and green coriander and mint chutney for iftar.
