High Impact Aerobics - Activities of this group include running, dancing, tennis, racquetball, and squash. High impact aerobics should be done every other day. People who are overweight, elderly, in poor physical condition, or have an injury or other medical condition should do them even less often and only with their doctor's permission. Here are some of the many aerobic exercises that you can do and because of the variety that you can choose from, it will not only save you from doing it, but also make it a taste.
