ALMONDS DRINK

                         Healthy food and refreshing drinks are your best friends instead of junk food to beat the heat during Ramadan and stay calm during fasting. Almond sorbet quenches your thirst and satisfies your nutritional needs. And it's easy to do.

 

 

Ingredients:                                               (1) 20 almonds (boiled) 

(2) Half a liter of fresh milk 

(3) Four green cards 

(4) One spoon of sugar                                                                    (5) Half a cup of sugar 

or as required 

Recipe:                                                           First green cardamom, mix one teaspoon of sugar and fry it. Now, cut the almonds and chop them finely. Then add milk, ground cardamom, a few almonds, and sugar as needed in a blender and mix. Pour the prepared syrup into a glass and mix it with ice
